In addition to our other community health offerings, the Yin Yang House Wellness Center offers meditation practice times.
We offer a free meditation class as part of our Tong Ren energy healing class which also includes qi gong exercise. That class is offered each Wednesday from 6:30pm – 7:30pm. These are free but for planning purposes please reserve a space via our online scheduling tool.
In addition to our free class, as part of our Tai Chi practice sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8-9am we will begin with 25 minutes of seated meditation. To attend those sessions you should be a current Tai Chi student.
The general format is a 20 minute silent meditation that may be followed by a brief spiritual reading from Christian, Buddhist, and other sources. The sessions are non-denominational and the meditation methods you use are your choice. We are simply making our space available for people to gain balance and personal awakening.
